This is such a cool device, but I'm still waiting on the PCIe variant of it, from the Computex coverage of it, it should support higher refresh rate recording than this USB one.

Isn't the Cortex A720 counted towards the big cores?

PMICs are kinda important when it comes to delivering power, and when you're forced to basically use the wrong ones for the applications it leads to issues.

In networking we always shorten to a single letter, 10M, 100M, 1G, 2.5G, 5G, 10G. So I really don't get how that's stupid and confusing. even the standards shorten it most of the time, for example 10GBase-T.

I kinda love how reasonable those requirements are.

The people actually tasked with ordering these still have to understand what they're getting. This is making it unnecessarily hard, especially with how they are defining the terminology.

They really are trying to make it as confusing as possible, aren't they?

On the Supermicro page about the mobo in each node it mentions ECC being supported.
