Intel's GPU Business AXG Split and Distributed to Client and Enterprise Businesses, Plans "Alchemist+" and "Battlemage" Launches Over Next 2 Years

Exactly...how do you not learn after Vega? I had a Vega 64 (under a WB) and it was as fast as a 2070 in most games. But she would gobble power to get that performance. Silly that Raja decided, for my next trick...Ill just do the same. One trick pony? we shall see!

AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT BIOS Analysis Reveals Extreme GPU Clock Limits

why are folks referencing the 3090 review for a comparison between the 3070 and 6800? These things are all relative so you need to use one or the other not a third card to start your compare from. From Techpowerup 6800 review: 6800 wins by 4% @1080P 6800 wins by 6% @1440P 6800 wins by 8% @4K...

NVIDIA RTX 3090 Dagger-Hashimoto Mining Performance Leaked; Ampere Likely Not on Miners' Minds

I turned my Vega64 back on to mine while I WFH. It gets 50Mh/s and consumes 130w. Ampere numbers are not good in comparison. RDNA2 on the other hand...gonna be a hell of an October for AMD!

This was my Initial thought as well, there is a lot riding on Aurora, seemed very aggressive the performance they were touting as well as the timeline. Huge kick in the teeth in Intel loses that contract. Will be interesting to see where we are in 5 years. Lisa has been at AMD for 5 years and...

BBA X850Pro AGP, best XTPE bios?

I did go to the xt bios briefly to unlock the 16 pipes, but then you have to flash back (keeping the 16 pipes) to allow the stock fan to work correctly. And i have read that the XT and XTPE bios are a little more aggresive than the Pro bios?
