Just as I mentioned, the Z5500 is not the top of the line stuff, its great for the money. I do agree there are lots of other stuff out there that will blow them out of the water, but you just cant argue for the money, they are worth it. Brand new out of the box from the company they go for 365...

If you want all the WC stuff inside the case, look into the CoolerMaster full towers, several of them have a space made for an upper and lower rad. Definately plan on cooling your Video cards, it just saves noise and keeps them running very low. If your going to OC, plan on getting a good CPU...
