I have a similar problem. My XFX RX 580 8gb failed flash. Model is RX-580P8DBDR Card will not boot other than black screen. Hooked up a MSI 1660 along with it to get a screen. Tried running the Bad GPU Bios flash with batch file and get 0FL01 error. GPU-Z run shows my card as Radeon RX 590...
