4k textures @ 4k look good & will get better as time passes.:) though the games with 4k textures aren't standard right now. they'll be in 2 years for all AAA titles.

ok i was thinking about 550w but more than that will cost me another 15$ and i was thinking about sitting in my room away from the pc to watch movies and play games on a 24" full HD monitor
