Hi there! My CPU is i5-9300H CPU 2.40GHz and GPU is 1660ti. When I play game for a while the CPU frequency drop from 4GHz to 2GHz. But the most strange thing is when it drop to 2GHz u can unplug the power adapter and re-plug it, the CPU can go back to 4GHz. Then it drop again and repeat this cycle.
