Brand spankin' new PSU...550 watts. More than capable of handling it. I'm beginning to suspect it's TF2. Because I've heard stories of people with super high end rigs getting worse performance than someone on mid-low range rigs on TF2. It's odd to say the least.

AA in TF2 is set to none. EDIT: The Manage 3D settings in the Nvidia control panel has the game at global settings AAx2. There's no 'none' option available.

Doubt it...other games run flawlessly. And I'm getting about the same frames rates on this card as i did on my other.

Well, I did everything yall suggested. DL'd and installed the dx drivers and the windows updates but not a single change in FPS. Dunno I'm at a loss here.
