In most game, not really. Basically same bandwidth but obviously CL14 gives a bit better latency.

Yea certain 2TB gen 4 ssds are well priced quite often, but indeed many people don't want and/or need them. I liked seeing the $220 SN850 & $216 P41 (after coupon), but personally sticking w/ a P31 for now. copying/installing a bunch of steam games at once is about the most I would do lately.

Many gamers are possibly just waiting a bit for prices to lower even more, and/or 40 series to arrive. I might just aim for a 3070 or whichever 40 series is similar performance and/or wattage to it. My 1080 at 1080p is definitely doing quite fine.

A while back I was still using a 3550 & wanted to see if 4 more cpu threads would help much in some games (it did). well for $35 I found an e3-1240v2. It's wild easily playing most games (at 1080p) w/ a 10 yr old CPU & 6 yr old GPU.

msi afterburner and/or hwinfo64. For gaming, anything above 12600K is a bit overkill, but 12700K at a good price wouldn't hurt.

I ordered a 1TB Samsung 850 evo for $128+tax & a PSU for a relative. EVga has their G1+ 650W for $50 on amazon right now. I finally got the amazon card so I received $70 so that helped.

Sadly this simply looks like a modded imitation of the CM 590 or Gladiator.
