Personally wouldn't bother, I don't see what a 2gb-3gb upgrade would give you in terms of anything on a netbook, except very slightly reduced battery life.

I have the 965 (intel only version of this) Its rated very highly in frosty tech, I assume this will be the same just with multiple mount system. Incidentally on the hottest cpu I have (a dual core 820D-OC) under orthos load test this gave the best performance around 45c loaded, very good...
