You modified only the frequency scope limit (not anything else) of the original card bios and flashed again whit it?

OK, i did it. I left the voltage on 1.1 and i unlocked the overclock limit. Now i have stable graphic card on 890-1320, and ATI PowerPlay is not broken. Cool. :D

I tried with Atiflash, but i received the same error message. According to official site of Ati WinFlash, the version 2.0.1.10 have support for Cypress/Juniper.

With WinFlash I still get the same message. Cannot erase ROM. :S Some idea anyone? :S
