What about Netflix HD? Local content is no problem but I need to know about streaming content which places a larger load on the system as a whole.

I am looking at this CPU for a HTPC build. Does anyone know if this GIGABYTE mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128397 will unlock the second core? It uses the SB710 southbridge. If so this will be an awesome low power, solid performance HTPC.
