Sharkoon Unveils Rebel C20 ITX Mini-ITX PC Case

Is it me or this look like a blatant Corsair 2000D ripoff? Like exactly the same internal layout and everything. Worse yet that it's likely lower quality (Sharkoon is a budget brand) along with worse pre-installed fans.

PowerColor Hellhound Radeon RX 7900 GRE OC Lined up for Possible EU Wide Release

Would be great, a nice inbetween card. Would be even nicer if the Hellhound had proper RGB lights instead of this blue and white nonsense. Obviously to upsell to a Nitro+.

Cooler Master Presents New Case Designs at CES - Updates NR200P Series

If only they made a NR200 but vertical. Similar style and perhaps cooling layout, but much taller and much more space saving (in my case). The NCORE isn't exactly my taste either, with the 120mm rad for the CPU (it's thick, but still) and general looks that's too different from the nice simple...

Razer Shows New Iskur V2 Gaming Chair and Unveils Project Esther Sensa HD Haptics Gaming Cushion at CES 2024

DIsagree, bucket seats when properly designed are usually very comfy while also maintaining some decent ergonomics. But most "gaming" chairs aren't, I'd say if they are comfortable in a ergonomic seating position then you've found a good chair, regardless of design. That's my opinion and what...

ASUS GeForce RTX 4060 Strix OC

Priced like a 60 Ti, performs like a 50 Ti (at best). This generation truly is the worst. You're getting a triple slot, triple fan 4050 Ti for over 300$ while it should be closer to 150-200 with a dual slot, dual fan cooler. I mean, look at that die, the whole board is empty as can be and...

NVIDIA H100 Hopper GPU Tested for Gaming, Slower Than Integrated GPU

This is like testing the AMD threadripper/epyc chips on older games. It's stupidly unnecessary but it sure makes a fun experience :rockout:

Reports Warn of Pirated Windows 10 ISOs Containing Dangerous Malware

The best option is probably using legit ISO's with some cracking stuff afterwards, pretty sure that stuff is a lot more common too

TSMC N3 Nodes Show SRAM Scaling is Hitting the Wall

Yeah, justified as a first gen product. The problem isn't too much the tech itself most likely, just that AMD's gpu designs aren't as good as Nvidia's. They've always been behind in efficiency and performance while using similar nodes. Zen's chiplet approach also took years before it got...

TSMC N3 Nodes Show SRAM Scaling is Hitting the Wall

Any chance of any new scanners having shorter wavelengths then? If we can't go further than that we'll be stuck with the chips only getting tiny improvements.

MSI Rolls Out a Series of New Products A Strong Showing Starts at COMPUTEX 2023

Funny thing is, nearly exactly a year ago both Gigabyte and MSI posted about these kinds of boards. It's not exactly IP thievery as its just stealing good ideas (and both brands motherboards are inherently different in terms of layout).

TSMC CFET Transistors in the Lab, Still Many Generations Away

So you're telling me a CFET is a vertical nanosheet-based transistor? Wouldn't that aside from node shrinks already lead to much denser chips?

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Founders Edition

Not a bad card actually, the bad thing about it (like this whole generation) is a lower class card marketed and sold at a higher class price. This would be a very nice 4050 Ti at atleast 100$ less. Now it's just like CPU improvements, small numbers, similar pricing and less power draw. It's...

NVIDIA Explains GeForce RTX 40 Series VRAM Functionality

Heh, remember the 4090 got a 60%+ performance increase for 100$ more. The 4060 Ti got a 15% increase for the same (or higher) price. Them using larger caches to offset a smaller bus is cool and all, but what's the point if your GPU's are much more underpowered than could be possible at the...

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and RTX 4060 Final Specs, Performance, and Prices Leaked

Most dissapointing series of releases I've ever seen. How come that a 4090 can have a easy 50% price-to-performance increase, but the rest can't even come close to that? Does Nvidia just enjoy these 50%+ margins enough to offset the lower sales numbers? Everything from Ada would be flying of...

NVIDIA RTX 4000 Ada Lovelace GPU Roughly Equivalent to GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, Consumes 65% Less Power

All great, aside from RDNA3 being worse than expected. The problem mainly lies (as always) with bad vram descisions, bad pricing and generally bad sku tiers. All easily solved, but money rulezzz
