For your system list ,I believe it can be use at least 1-2 years for gaming but if you do want to upgrade maybe try i7-6700k with msi z170a gaming m5

you already get 960 for gpu so I dont think upgrade gpu will be a good option so upgrade your cpu and mobo will be the good choice I do like the msi z97 sli krait edtion, nice board with cool white color!

with the limit budget, your build is good for g3258 overclocking, I think you just need to upgrade you h81 bios then it will be able to overclocking with g3258

I think 8350 is good enough but if you do want to upgrade your pc you must have to pick i7 5820k up cpu + x99 series, or Skylake cpu + next generation mb!
