X800GTO 16p crash ?

Hi
I have Sapphire X800GTO @ 16p 400/400 512MB
When i play c-s 1.6 (about 20 sec.) or other game using this engine (Half-Life), system is hang, and on screen i have some thing like this

, i test this on Windows XP 32bit & 64bit also 3 or 4 version of video drivers, after change graphic to x300 everything is ok, any one have idea ?

is it agp? did the 16 pipes come stock or did u unlock them via a bios flash? have u been mornitoring your temps? how long have u had your card and how long has this "system hang" going on? plz answer these questions and me or other knowledgable folk at TPU will be able to assist u

@ it's agp: No, It's PCI-e, I bought this with 16 pipes as used, and i don't have access to ogiginal bios

, I dump bios and modifi to 12 pipes but not yet flash

@ temp: yes by atttool i override fan speed and set to 100% temp in stress 43

@ how long: about 2 week's and hang problem is from beging

and BTW i was check this card on another MOBO (the same type, model etc.) and the same, but screen is white+grey :banghead:

, i put also Radeon x300SE (pci-e) and everithing is ok :wtf:

About power supply it's 400W +12v - 18A, +5v - 40A...

Here is my current bios, and modified (byt not flased) bios with 12 pipes, if it some ones helps :toast:
