Hi all!

Is there any way to adjust my 4870x2 memory voltages with rivatuner?
For gpu i use 1.300v,but mem voltages is default settings and i get 820/950.

but i can add more volts for the gpu with rivatuner,so why not memory?

The memory gets a very minimal boost when overvolting the GPU. That's all you're going to get.

The functionality isn't there for direct memory overvolting via software, because the card is lacking the proper I2C VRM chip controlling the memory voltages...
