ARCTIC COOLING Unveils Accelero L2 Pro VGA Cooler

lol ya. Here in VA we can get humidity pretty bad, heck people in Florida know what I'm talking about too. Our weather forecasts always say in the summer time something like "85, feels like 95" or in the winter with wind chill "30, feels like 10"

Right. From Maryland, living in Florida... always thought 'feels like' was silly though, I can tell you what it feels like by going outside!

If I can get these in Canada for a relative price (always seems to cost more than what can be attributed to conversion rate), these will be on my 9800GTXs.

Can these be used in a tight CrossFire set up?

Who the hell would buy a sophisticated cooler for a mid-range card??? What was arctic cooling thinking? Usually people only buy aftermarket coolers for high-end cards.

I would. Midrange video cards have midrange stock cooling. High end video cards have high end stock cooling. They both produce around the same temperature results. I bought a zalman vf900 when I still had my 8600gts because it was a really good deal and I figured even if I didn't need it, it may come in handy one day... which it has. I'd wager to say it was the best $20 I've ever spent.

For some reason you guys act like you live in Kazakhstan. A/C was invented for a reason! Use it!

Blah that's not true, even high end cards have the crappiest cooling possible.

 What?! Since when hasn't central air become standard?
There's no price on comfort when it's 100F and 80* dew point.
This country really is falling behind (no offense to the AC starved).

What happened to the coolers that extended over the top of the card? I could use those and keep the other slots clear.

Read post, assumed US lol

even after i made it capital letters :( sigh.

A losing battle, to convince people the world is larger than the USA, and that naming release dates after seasons ("summer 2009") in a global economy where the seasons are opposite for half the globe is stupid... sigh again.

Excuse me, when ppl say VA, MD and FL, I think states. :wtf:
