Arcade machine use this kind of gpu rite?

Actually I have seen the inside of several Arcade machines. They are usually stripped down console systems, a TV, and a big mirror to let you see the view screen. It is a shame and Arcades are little more than hands on demos now a day.
 
That's really impressive. AMD should abandon the processor idea and just put all their resources into ATI, they've been awesome the last two generations.
 
it doesnt look like more than a repackaged laptop gpu, like an opteron is a repackaged athlon.
