Unlike most other modular power supplies with different plugs for molex and SATA cables, this one looks universal. A big plus. The rest of it's specs don't look too shabby either.

besides the lack of how many rails and the 12V rail output in the sales blurb...
will be great if its less than 10db up to 45c but what if it idles at 50c ;)

Call me crazy but weren't those announced a month ago ?

its got 2 12V rails, one 20A one 30A.

Just feels... weak, for a 700W.

aaah yeah i see now on the link... yeah that does seem a bit weak, but then again 30A on the one rail will be fine for pretty much any gfx card out currently and in the near future

yeah, it should be ok. I jsut compare to my corsair, which has a loooot more amps when 'only' 50W more.

hehe yeah but thats like comparing every crappy car on the market to a bugatti veyron :P

Does anyone else find it odd that they labled it with "Xtreme Precision"?

not really... marketing ;)

This aint no tx750 killah

It seems someone has kicked Spire's ass, looking much better now...

First TherMax II and now this... maybe not all top-notch but definately a huge improvement from the past.
