:eek::rockoutOK here I go........1.PC will be used to watch movies and some moderate gaming......................2.Around $500 give or take 20-30$.....3.Buying in the US.......4.Prefer ATI,AMD..................5.I intend on using my dvd burner, and existing HDD..............6. Have posted here before and got great feedback..changed my order 8 times so far, finally came up with this rig...............7. maybe oc later on in the game. still reading about it.as I am a sort of N U B.......................8. have a 21"lcd@1440x900.. but am getting a 37" lcd tv to use as monitor................9. as stated am ordering in 2 days.............Ok now for the planned rig...BTW all parts from Newegg.

I wouldn't buy that Rosewill PSU. You can definitely get a better power supply for that price range.

Yeah, a better PSU and I'd switch out the 4850 for a gtx260. You just can't beat the performance to price that this card offers right now.
