Specs:
DFI 790FXB, Athlon II 7750, OCZ Reaper 1066@2x2gb Asus Silent Knight II, HIS HD4870 512mb Turbo

Mods:
Drilled all rivets and replaced with screws, powder coated with Cardinal Transparent Red (candy apple) cut scallop window, and black plastic all painted gloss black.

Thanks a ton! Actually it isn't a "paint job." The case was powder coated with a Cardinal Transparent red. The pictures really do not do the actual case justice. I looks almost like the old original "candy apple red."
