apparently (as far as i can find) the oldest card i seem to be able to find from them is the 6600GT which is old...but they make everything upto todays cards...maybe skipping a couple...maybe their some kind of distributer? like wholesale only?

Doesnt the 5970 & other ati cards of 5800 series have only 256bit wide memory bandwidth?? The article says 512bit?? Or do they mean 2x256??

Yes it does. My 4870 has the VaporX cooler and it runs 25c at Idle and only about 62c under full load with Furmark. Where the reference cards run anywhere from 60~70 at idle and over 100c under load from what I've read. If you've got a case with good airflow, you can't beat it for a stock cooler.
