Would have been good to have a low-profile bracket without the VGA port - therefore single slot.

Tells me they will likely give you a bracket even with the single-slot setup, although it will lack the riser and thus capability for a third monitor.
 
Looks like a high-quality product for its segment. This would be nice for simple, quiet builds
 
<20W at load? hell yes, sounds like a media/HTPC card to me when ATI get off their asses and fix H264 acceleration
