Hey there, I just got a bit of cash, and I'd like to spend it on a bit of an upgrade for myself! :)

Core i5 750: Looking for a good overclocking i5 750. Heatsink not wanted, would prefer to have the CPU shipped OEM. Willing to pay up to $150 for it (Microcenter lists at $179.99)

Gigabyte P55-UD3A: Looking for this or another P55 board with USB 3.0 and SATA III for futureproofing. Overclocking capabilities is a must, but nothing too high end is needed. Willing to pay up to $110 (Newegg lists at $135)

G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2GB DDR3-1600 Looking for this kit, used or new, or another 2x2GB DDR3 kit with good overclocking abilities. Willing to pay up to $95 (Newegg lists at $105)

PM with offers!

Ironically I have this exact combination of items. The 750 overclocks easily to 3.4Ghz without any extra voltage required. Bump for the cause!

Id be leary of the ripjaws on a GB. Over at their forums on Tweaktown I see a ton of compatibility issues with said ram. Just a heads up;) BTW the red ones are a bit less fail than the blue ones on GB boards.
