We rigged up a small fan to the rad. It honestly doesn't even get warm.
Here's a photo. Yes, there is cardboard on there to help the fan's air move across the rad. Believe it or not this little fan does the trick quite well, and pushes as much air as some of my nicer 80mms.
As far as flow of water in the tubes, it moves faster than you could move your finger across your keyboard. The water moves so quickly you can feel it by holding the tubes!
