Mods:
Added a fan to the heatsink on the 9500 GT, changed out the fans normal 3 pin for a 2 pin so it could attach to the card itself. The NMB 120mm fan is from a Mac G4, had a two pin, changed it for a 3/4 pin. Rigged up the Laptop hard drive on to the quick detach hard drive bay.

Still a HUGE work in progress, I intend on upgrading the Mobo, CPU, RAM, PSU, and graphic card, as well as getting 2-4 more hard drives and getting rid of the seagate 160. I also have 2 more fans on order as well as a window case side.

Why would someone rate my rig a 1? My last set up was with a junker case and didn't get a one.

Edit- To whomever rated my case a 5, thank you.

I know how it feels .. c'mon 1??? :(

Anyways .. looks neat & tidy .. :p

don't for get to rate mine :)

Thank you for the rating, and I rated yours before you rated mine. *Laughs*

lowball score removed, carry on;)

Sneekypeet, you rock.

Yeah, I do. But I'm still drawing them up, taking measurements, etc.

haha i have one of those NMB fans, pulled it out of a dell optiplex... and your gfx card lol, I guess we'll be seeing an update soon :)

good job with the mods!

Waiting on a few things before I update again. Since I have a 5770 now.

I want to wait for two more R4's, my new PSU, Mobo, HDDs, and CPU.

i just clicked on your "my current rig" link, looking good. what board and such are you getting?

nice selection, the video cards look sweet. do those fans light up?

that hdd should give a nice performance boost too, with the whole density thing and all. and cache.

looks like the ram is out of stock atm

PSU looks solid for the build also

It is. But I have to find a job before I can order my new stuff. Lol

The video card fan doesn't light up, but that's not a big deal to me, as I have 9 Blue LED fans in my case. :D

lol yea i saw that. with all that light reflecting around, the fans might glow anyway.

btw, good choice in board too, but yea i know how ya feel about the job thing... i'm in the same situation

My ASUS EAH5770 that I have now... Some light does get into the blade area. But not much.

I'm currently trying to get a job working for a PC shop. :D
