Interesting... I wonder why Diamond would be getting back into the graphics card market after dropping out more than a decade ago?

They didn't drop out nowhere. They have been releasing cards all the time now, look at their site's lineup of video cards. They haven't went nowhere.
 
what are "pure core heat pipes" ?
 
Hmm. I liked it AFTER ATI went black. I know there are people who want the red PCBs for retro sake, but I think they look so much nicer and more powerful on black.

Also notice I didn't call ATI by it's stupid new name...
