if its not a driver thing then theres a good chance the card is garbage. its very rare for something like this to happen. I think if it was the psu it would still show up in windows but would function shitty
....i hope you figure it out, i know its frustrating when you dont know whats going on and just want it to work....good luck!!! if you do decide to get a new psu, this one i have is a bit old but sure it has gone thru a lot and handled everything ive put on it....next time i get a psu im going corsair again!! cheers
