I'm gonna be reinstalling my PC, and was trying to remember when the last time I had done it is. Is there some way of figuring out when I installed Windows 7 on this PC?

Type in Command Prompt window:
wmic os get installdate
systeminfo | find "Install Date"

Also Aida64 will tell you when.

P.S. Find this key in registry (type regedit in start shell search bar):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\InstallDate
