Medal of Honor: Warfighter this October

I only bought this stupid game because it had the BF3 invite which ended up being open to everybody. thanks EA!

Still a superior player to yourself, horrible online service included. Lol.

Yeah but I don't blame the netcode for my blowing abilities. I suck all by myself.

another game glorifying killing civlians

The NetCode isn't bad, it's just the fact that hit detection is all client-sided, which makes it so inconsistent. If they had just made it server-side, the game would be quite a bit more enjoyable :/

As for this new MoH game, I'm not interested. I'm sick of low-hp Modern Combat FPS games, I want a new Quake, or new UT, at this point I'm actually pumped for Tribes. There's only so many times I can care about playing Generic Marine X running all over the world to stop a Russian\Chinese\Korean terrorist from detonating nukes\starting WW3\invading America.

This is exactly what I mean. Didn't know the term for it so I used "netcode" :)

Get your act together before you trash netcode. netcode dont play dat $h!t.

really the netcode? Medal of Duty was horrible. 4 hour lackluster single player campaign that uses old school scripting that is broken at times. too many technical problems, shooting didn't feel right, 2 engines?

It was a good game. If you played it on a PC you wouldn't have had any scripting problems.

EA should troll everybody and go back to making Medal of Honor in WW2.

Troll? I would welcome a WW2 shooter in the frostbyte2 engine.

I don't think WW2 is going to sell in a boardroom meeting haha

Yeah it still is. I call it BF3 light. Not many vehicles and a lot smaller maps, but still fun.
Great graphic's and sound. It also discounted BF3 for me.

My friends have talked about this dozens of times, I would love to see a high-budget WW2 or Vietnam game with the engines of today. A WW2 game made with CryEngine or FB2 would be amazing.

Yeah it would, Preferably WWII. Vietnam wouldn't be as epic. Falling huts verses falling cities ,
I'll take the buildings over huts any day.

I so hope they have the Osama bin Laden assassination mission.

The problem is OBL died in 2001 of Kidney Disease, the story last year was just a political hoax. :slap:

They sure did a great job with the hoax dumping the stealth
tail rotor off of that chopper in that Hollywood make believe
compound. JFK is still kicking too, but hanging with Fidel &
Marilyn in Havana downing Tequila shots:roll:
