ARCTIC launches its new gaming accessory - The USB Wireless Gamepad. In order to completely fulfill the need of every gamer to extend his/her play time, this gamepad is designed with a high-capacity rechargeable 1000 mAH lithium-ion battery. You can also recharge your gamepad while you play.

Thanks to its 2.4 GHz wireless technology, this wireless gamepad gives you quicker responses and the freedom to move up to 10 m away from your PC. Its dual vibration motors let you feel every hit, every explosion and every crash right in your very own hands - offering you a much more realistic and interactive gaming experience.

This gamepad also comes with an extremely user- friendly layout with 12 programmable buttons, 8-way D-pad, and two analog sticks that give you full control over the slightest movement during your game. You can even switch between analog and 8-way D-pad mode with one analog button. You instantly feel the power of a professional gamer who is equipped with full gaming control and unlimited playtime!

The USB Wireless Gamepad comes with a two-year limited warranty, with an MSRP at 49.90 USD and 36.95 EUR, excluding VAT.

Cool, but I'll stick with my PS3 controller.

Will you have the peace of mind of not having to configure buttons like with the xbox ones?
I can plug in my xbox controller into any PC that's also on xbox and be guaranteed it'll work fine

The PS3 controller works on PC?!

Yep, you just need a bluetooth adapter if you want to use it wirelessly, otherwise you have to keep it plugged in with a USB cable. And to get the full functionality you need a free program called motionjoy.

ps3 will work, even the chatpad with mouse functions work through bluetooth now...

if i hadn't already bought all the stuff for the 360 controller, i would go with ps3 and chatpad for awesome htpc controls...sadly i'm not made of money

Problem I see is a lot of the games I'm buying on Steam are dropping support for all controllers besides the XBOX360 controller. I have a kickass XFX wireless gamepad for years now that works flawlessly...as long as the game supports a generic gamepad. :banghead::mad:

Yeah, that is the crummy part about dealing with console ports, most of them want to only support a console controller.

Luckily the PS3 controller(or rather the free software to get it to work) allows you to emulate an Xbox360 controller.:rockout:

Sweet! I didn't know that. Thanks I might give that a try.:toast:

Quite nice to label their buttons with numbers. Id stick to my xbox 360 controller though. Way better in game support like displaying the correct button complete with graphics ("Press L1" instead of press button 10) which makes it less dissorienting.

Appears it would be too big, heavy and clunky for my liking but will be keeping an eye out for reviews on this controller.

My Razer ONZA SE is doing a fine job at the moment but little did I know the reviews of this controller seem to lean towards the negative side in the way of reliability.
