Crysis 3 is real, and although you'll have to wait another year to be able to play it, Crytek began marketing it, and even accepting pre-orders. On Friday, it posted Crysis 3 Debut Trailer (the very first trailer), which reveals quite a bit of action going on, in the game, including the intriguing crossbow weapon. The trailer reveals a sci-fi post-apocalyptic setting in which a city is overrun by vegetation. The baddies appear to have a force-field around the city now. The teaser is just 15 seconds long. A (probably longer) gameplay trailer is slated for Tuesday, the 24th.

The Debut Trailer follows.

already watched waiting for game play trailer .. 24th april

What was that! :shadedshu barely a bread crumb of video :banghead:

too short ! But this will be the next reference in DX11 graphics and one of the most used benchmarks for next gen graphics card...

Still haven't played the last game...thank you EA for removing it from Steam before I was about to buy it...

Wait, I blinked and missed it, let me play it again,.... :)

Aww, sneezed that time,...got to play it again,...missed it,....

Seriously, what is wrong with these people? I have never understood the thought presses of advertising something you cannot deliver. A year away,...come on. EA, wake me when it's a couple of weeks away,...

Looks good! bta.. I get no love? :p

Really !?

Is this time going to be worthy or just another boring console patched dx10 game ?

aren't people tired of these games yet?

not if their really a gamer. The picky princess gamers are a very small precentage of the overall game market.

A Nanosuit in an actual jungle growing out of a concrete jungle under a huge protective dome. Can't get more sci-fi than that.

Picky ?, meaning as in know what they want and not the typical trash ?. I guess i cannot be a gamer as Crysis 2 sucked more than the 1st and with only being a gamer since 197x yes 1970's with those silly assed controllers that pluged in tot he TV ;)>.

Although i cannot really comment on this but if any thing like Crysis 2 it's just your typical game.

EDIT: O yeah it's not our fault they got lazy in making games it's the consoles that made games cheaper by design..

rant:banghead:

crytek and ea games... talk about stockholm syndrome... crysis2 the most pirated game!....

meaning the steam and origin debacle caused the game go to the number 1 spot on the pirated games list

all that work into programming the game, and EA Spits on crytek! do you really think ea games cares about crysis?... so how many pirated Battlefield 3's have been downloaded?...

saints row 3... how game pirated copies of that game are there for the PC!

EA games should only put crysis3 on steam and forget about origin, because Someone in EA games will be leaking that games on the web... (i have a hard time thinking that someone in steam would leak the game... it is in steams best interest to make sure no one pirates steam games... but ea games is so big... so they dont care about games they don't write.

TL;DR... if crysis3 runs as well on an amd graphics card as an nvidia card I may get it.

(since I Am uber-not-1337 at shooter games, i will be depending on the 1337 hype surrounding the game to make up my mind to buy it... (if it is 40 will buy no matter what... if 50 don't know... 60 it better have the best graphics even seen for a year into the future...):twitch::laugh:

Oh look, it's Half-Life using the Crysis engine and name, interesting.

I would love to think that this game is going to get released along with the next generation of consoles, but that is such wishful thinking, they wouldn't wait that long to make more money off of the Crysis name.
