Organized by MSI, the two-month long Beat it gaming competition starts this month in Malaysia. In addition to the main event, other activities will include the qualifying round in five universities, a three-day road show, and an advance purchase and discount sales campaign for the GT70 and GT60--MSI's next generation gaming laptops.

Taipei--MSI is rolling out the GT60 and GT70-its most awesome gaming notebooks ever. They pack Intel's 3rd generation Core i7 quad core processor, Nvidia's all-new flagship GeForce GTX 670M discrete graphics card, the Super RAID Dual SSD, which boasts the fastest read-write speed of any dual solid state drive ever, the professional grade Killer Gaming Networking, and a SteelSeries gaming keyboard. They even come with cutting-edge surround sound courtesy of the perfect marriage of MSI's own Audio Boost solution and Dynaudio sound technology.

MSI Beat it gaming competition comes to Malaysia
MSI Marketing Director Sam Chern explained that MSI has been supporting and organizing gaming contests around the world, so extreme gamers around the planet can experience our latest generation gaming NBs and their exceptional performance as described in our slogan "Top player, top choice!" This is the third year that the MSI Beat it gaming competition has been held in Malaysia. After the qualifying round to be held on college campuses in Malaysia, the national finals will be held in the capital Kuala Lumpur at the end of May.

MSI Marketing Director Sam Chern went on to point out that for the three days leading up to the gaming competition held on campuses, we will hold exciting three-day road shows to show off the MSI group's newest notebooks, motherboards, and graphics cards and will be letting visitors try out a variety of the latest and greatest games. Seminars will be given at the universities to discuss the hardware and explain to people what makes MSI laptops stand out. What's more, the MSI GT70/GT60 gaming laptops will be available onsite, so visitors can make advance purchases of these next generation gaming machines. Discounts will also be available for designated notebook series.
