Haven't seen fans of this size since my athlon xp 1700+ died.

Very handy for media streamer boxes. :)

Its to bad I have only seen one company working on making the middle of fans smaller so you can have longer blades.

pixelize the name and 100% of you see AC fans;)

Noiseblocker, my favorite fan company is making quality small fans. I have one 40mm tiny fan on my chipset just for the lulz. It's dead silent inside the case even at like 4000 RPM and it's pushing enough air to help out cool the chipset. Very good stuff.

I've also purchased 5 Scythe 60mm fans and they are utter rubbish. Replaced 2 of them straight away and the remaining 3 are still ratling. Awful. I hope these above are any better. Gelid usually made decent stuff. But then again Scythe did as well until i got my hands on their 60mm junk...

A spent a lot of money on some Scythe S-Flex fans a few years ago for one of my builds, because the whole Internet (professional sites like silentpcreviews.com for examlpe) was full of praising reviews about how silent and good they are, etc. One of the worst money burning I ever did in my life, I had to sell them for two-third the price a week later:( I hate it when you put a blind trust into the opinion of your fellow tech guys on pro sites, and you have to realize that they simply have no clue at all:shadedshu

Never Scythe fans for me again without trying them out first.

pretty small fans
