My Thermaltake BlacX 5G is USB 3.0 native and it supports both SSD and standard HD. Not sure what Renice is saying. Am I missing something?

"Native" means that between the usb 3.0 plug and the flash memory inside the SSD there's just one controller chip. There are no extra SATA3-USB3 bridge chips involved.

Your Tt box has a SATA3 to USB3 bridge chip. You plug in SATA3 native devices, and the extra chip in the box "translates" SATA3 to USB3.
