Not that I'm getting rid of it, but my black 16gb 4S has been living in a LifeProof case for the last year. When I crack it open and take the phone out, the phone barely even has any dust on it, forget scratches. One of the best investments for my iPhone. By the time I get rid of my phone, it should be in just as good condition as when I put it in the case.
