HD 5850 driver stopped, flash issue

Hello! I installed a HD 5850 and I'm having trouble playing BF3 (Directx Error) and use the flash player while using chrome, the picture is all distorted.
Note: disable Flash Player in Chrome options in about :/ / plugins, NOT resolves, continue to distort the images and I can not see videos on youtube for example.
Already tested with one mem only, tested the card another PC, it works. Tested 10 drivers already (13.4 / 12-6 / 12-4 / 12-3 / 12-2 / 10-10 / 11-12 / 11-10 / 11-11 / 11-9) none of them worked for me!

I've used driver sweeper on safe mode for all exchange of drivers, and for last formated and install all fresh new, same errors...

Try reinstalling DirectX. Download the Direct X June 2010 redist package from MS website and install. Restart computer and check. And disable any overclocking also.

Installed, same thing... same error... i will try with diferent PSU... and test de board in another pc...
Edit: Tested on another pc! Same PSU same VGA! 15min n FunMark! The VGA is good! 87 degrees all time! no errors! Ill test now back to my board and ill try to change the CPU and memory, lets see what happends...
I adjusted 0 overclock and put the values ​​for the memories manually test the funmark for 15 min, everything went well, I have no more errors in chrome ... Only now I'm getting BSOD error 0x00000119 while on BF3 ... I've been researching and realized that it has to do with the video card and its drivers proper ... will test other drivers .. and with only one stick of memory ...

SOLVED!I just adjusted manually de memory settings on BIOS!!
