Cooler Master, a leading creator, innovator and manufacturer of desktop components and more, today officially unveils to the world the first stackable "modtower" -- The HAF Stacker series. This evolutionary computer case is the first of its kind to provide new levels of modularity, expandability, and creativity for system builders around the world. What the stack?!-

I actually dig this tbh.
 
Maybe interesting if there were w/c modules you could stack on top or a way to stack modules on the side.... don't see the point in stacking itx cases on this case.

Looks like it will fall over too easily.
 
NAS and awesome PC combo.... or, LAN box and HUGE server/NAS below it.


The potential applications for this case are endless to be honest..... even your significant other half/kids/parents/etc can have her/his rig sat along side (a-top) of yours; instant space saver.

HTPC/mad server combo even? :rockout:

Looks as though the guys at CM have spent time drooling over pedestals on the CaseLabs site
 
So much disappointment on my part.
 
I expected more than just making the haf series able to be stacked on each other. What are they legos

What the heck is this? They could have made this case much better by not including the mITX capabilites or the USB ports on that pedestal. They could have avoided this whole pedestal thing just by making the top of the case capable of handling 360/420 mm rad and the same for the bottom and have the PSU sitting vertically. Come on CM!:mad:
 
nice idea but i dont like it at all
its like a box over a box and its pretty ugly
 
Pictures of the inside would've been good. I might be interested in the MITX cases but as a whole, I'm a bit disappointed. I thought it was a combination/evolution of the old Stacker series but then it's just some new HAF models you can put on top of the other. It literally is a stacker. :)
 
No full side panel window from the factory? fail.
 
THIS is what all the noise was about? Corsair 600TM here i come.
 
I was hoping for something more like the original Stacker, the ST-01 (I still have one!)
This... eh, I dunno, there's something off about it.
 
the original stacker is a thing of beauty, this looks crappy
 
cooler master has dropped off their game.
this makes no sense at all. why would anyone need want to pile their CPUs on top of each other into a very expensive tower that can topple?

this just makes no sense. another marketing gimmick to boost sales.

I'm not liking what I'm seeing :ohwell:... It's like they just slapped an HDD cage in there. Well there's two models of the m-ITX case so I'm hoping the other case would be different. Can't wait for reviews.
 
i think two models as in one to go on the top and one for the bottom ?

And it also says on the picture that each of the m-ITX cases have different PSU mounting positions (rear and front)

I'm guessing this is the front PSU mount model although I couldn't find a pic of it's innards. :)

There's already a case with those capabilities. Its called the 900D.
