Later this month Gateway is set to introduce a new Gateway One ZX Series All-in-One desktop, a low-cost model dubbed ZX4270 that feature a 19.5-inch (1600 x 900) display (no touch support) and is powered by a 1.5 GHz AMD A4 5000 APU. The upcoming AIO also has 4 GB of RAM, up to a 750 GB hard drive, a 1080p-capable webcam, a slim optical drive (DVD writer), WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, two USB 3.0 ports, and a card reader. The ZX4270 runs Windows 8 and starts at $399.

No touch support!?! No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no...

As all-in-one's are mostly for desktop, that's unless you want to use it as a tablet and give your wrist RSI then I suggest you treat it as such.
That's why a touch screen for a AIO is stupid.
After a while common sense and pain will kick in, then you'll be using a mouse !
Other than that this product seems great & well priced.

Who the hell came up with this piece of crap?

At that price I wouldn't call it a piece of crap.
