What '' bus-powered '' is actually mean ?

Think giant wind-mills and tiny rodents inside wheels.

LOL

No clue.

Bus powered means that the device does not need to be plugged into a power outlet. It receives its power from the port on your computer (the bus). The beauty of this product is that you can use it when you are outdoors or away from power outlets, just plug it into your computer.

Dude common! Is just like those USB powered HDD that don't need any extra cable for power.
BTW, ALL USB Flash drives and thumbs are so called "bus-powered". LOL.
