GTA V Coming to PC This Fall

Should be better than most ports since the PC version will be based on the PS4/xbox and you know they'll put in actual work for those ports.

I hope that my good old HD5870 Crossfire will run it even playable.

Man I am excited for this!

Might pick this up once it goes on sale.

What I'd really like is The Last of Us on PC!! But chances are slim to none

About time Rockstar Games got around to this. No doubt there will be mods and it is likely iCEnhancer will make a release for GTA V if the graphics can be pushed further.

I hope they learned something from the "quality" of the GTA IV PC version port.

Sweet!

I went through GTA IV PC not noticing any problems, but perhaps I don't know any better because I never played either of the console versions. I'll get V, play it, and most likely enjoy it regardless of what settings I need to keep a good frame-rate. After all, I still play Vice City from time to time and that was from 2002/2003.

Finally some good news! :)

I own, and have played both the PC and Xbox 360 versions of GTA IV. Never had a problem with it on PC and nothing seemed out of the ordinary compared to the Xbox version.... except for hackers in the multiplayer...

So yeah, GTA IV has always ran smooth for me.

I never had issues when I was realistic with my old setup, it was made to run on next gen hardware, some just had their bottoms hurt when their 256MB video cards and dual core CPU's werent' enough for everything going on in the game.

If it costs more than it did new and only has a stupid movie maker as the only new feature and some updated graphics I hope they are prepared for the sailors of the high seas to be after them for this bullshit wait. I think a $39.99 price point on steam is about all the wait makes it worth.
Will see how it goes... seeing how bad GTA 4 was ported.

I hope they learned something from the "quality" of the GTA IV PC version port.
