maybe the ax860i psu got into some failure mode and doesnt want to start and shuts down ?
edit: just did a self test on the psu. the fan is spinning but i dont see any color on the led. not green and not red.

I recently had the exact same problem with my system , It ended up being my ax860i. I installed a spare Cooler Master SPH 1050W that I had laying around and the computer booted right up. So I took the ax860i and put it in my spare system and after a few days it started having the same problem that was present in my main system.
EDIT: My ax860i was only about 5 months old .
