ROCCAT Studios adds yet another keyboard to its roster of Ryos peripherals in the Ryos TKL Pro gaming keyboard, with an eye cast toward design and function suited for the eSports-centric gamer. The most complete tenkeyless mechanical keyboard on the market, the Ryos TKL Pro hits retailers and online shops worldwide today, arriving with tons of hands-on research and testing already on the books via our own gaming living legend HyuN, the number one StarCraft II player in the world, as well as our engineers and other professional gamers.

Says René Korte, CEO and founder of ROCCAT Studios. "I'm in it to win it, so you'll never see us put gear in our eSports team's hands that don't give them an edge. Team ROCCAT uses the Ryos TKL in competition because it optimizes their play. They have to demonstrate the talent, we have to provide the quality tested gear to help them show that talent. From HyuN to our League of Legends Jungler Jankos and the rest of our amazing team, the Ryos TKL gives them that tool, and now our fans can have it too."

With best-in-industry Cherry MX Key Switches, our patented ROCCAT Talk which allows your ROCCAT devices to communicate with one another, 470 programmable macros, and two 32-Bit ARM Cortex processors plus 2 MB of flash memory, the Ryos TKL Pro is a monster win for not only eSports gamers, but anyone who wants to experience the ultimate gaming keyboard experience. Polish it off with our vibrant Per-Key Illumination and the Lighting Engine 2.0 that boasts a massive list of special effects. Says our StarCraft II champ HyuN, "The Ryos TKL Pro looks good, it feels really great to play on, and supports all of my needs when I'm training, and definitely in competition. If you're an eSports gamer like me or just love playing with an amazing keyboard, the TKL Pro is awesome."

The ROCCAT Ryos TKL Pro is available now for 139.90 Euro.

What's with the irregular key colors.

EDIT I guess it's to show case the per-key back lighting.

It says on the box that its a per-key illumination.

love the 3 thumb buttons.
got the 2x arvo and no probs since years.

that enter key makes my pinkey bleed.

Seems to be a lot of that going around.

Yeah Ive got some on my ducky too.... Ive completely given up on Mechanical LED keyboards at this point. RMA'd 2 corsair keyboards & 1 Ducky Shine 3 and unless corsair's new RGB keyboards do what corsair promised it would do and curb the dead LED issue then I'll just man up and touchtype in the dark. I cant be arsed to RMA keyboards anymore. with the amount ive paid out just on shipping alone its enough to get another mechanical keyboard.

So it's the actual leds that are failing ?, wow leds used to work for ever and if it's those that are failing quality of them must be real bad. I hope these company's get some kind of compensation for the crap as it's got to be costing them a hell load.

Corsair going for another brand of led\switch ?.

this is the craziest thing iv ever read. I LITERALLY just sent back my DKS3 for LEDs randomly failing. the keys worked but some of the LEDs went out and I bought it in jan. im still married to ducky their like the rolls royce of KBs imo. but this LED thing really irritated me.

ROCCAT kindly just sent me another without asking for RMA, i am still using the old one to see if any more fail it's at 19 leds now. Sad part these companys are getting the blame for it when really if it's the actual led failing on a well know quality cherry them blames in the wrong place and Cherry need a kick in the butt.

See people blaming ROCCAT on Amazon for failing leds on the MK Pro, it's not as if they can say they going start using another switch on a already released keyboard.

As for the failing one i'll pick up some none led keys some i like as i require programmable keys so it's not like buying a ducky keyboard and leds failing as then you can just get one of those without the leds and save a few $.

BTW there is no leds on the keys in the op.

Ive got about 8-10 dead LEDs on this ducky - Corsair knew about the issue but what is strange was i bought a K95 as soon as it was available in the UK and i was using it well over a year before i sold it to @RCoon and afaik it doesnt have a single dead LED which is just mad considering the amount of returns & complaints that corsair alone are receiving. I think corsair tried to fix the problem by themselves but while it extended the life of the LEDs a few months, didnt last forever - I had dead LEDs all over again.

Yeah... I thought it was just limited to corsair keyboards, but sadly any company that uses the standard cherry MX switches (with LEDs) will suffer the same problem unless they tried to work around it like Corsair did.

I honestly dont know how Cherry let the ESD issue slip past them as i think manufacturers buy the switches with the LEDs already installed then it becomes a case of just installing them and soldering them into the board.

EEK! ESD then my new one will fail in no time this time of year if they have not fixed it, i get it that back walking in a shop and picking a can up is a BIG no no as when it happens it's more like a crack than a zap :P.

Noticed the issue's with other than cherrys ? ( Kailh switches ).

I dont think kailh switches have the same problem but those keyboards are a little harder to find.

those switches left a sour taste in some cherry users mouth as far as iv seen but I have yet to get my hands on them. Meanwhile im using this old dome keyboard while my ducky gets fixed someone kill me plz.

I just had my Roccat MK Pro pop a failed LED. Where did you go for replacement, 'rock? Did you fill out their online form, or email?
