Congrats Josiah?. he even on these forum if so enjoy.

ikr? imo there should be an activity requirement. No Downloading GPUz, and winning giveaways, minimum number of posts/thanks , or years/months. my 2 cents, also i think that is his irl name, not his username.

If it was a TPU Forum giveaway I'd agree with you, but these giveaways are never that.

i respect your opinion, but just the same, i feel how i feel. just as you do. It just feels like i never hear anyone speaking on TPU about the fury they just won in the TPU giveaway, or the 950ti they won etc...which leads me to feel(VERY possibly in error) that the winners weren't even regular user's of tpu..also IMO if it was only for Next, and tech-powerup users which were established it would add a level of transparency...Im not making acussations, but as a point this Josiah could just be a fake entrant. But AGAIN im not accusing that, i just felt it was worth adding to my original point...but as well as the counter points i made above, im CERTAIN that there are reasons I haven't even considered that it ISN'T the way I feel it Should be..@ the end of the day, it is the way it is, and My opinion makes NO difference. im just a user.

Yeah, these are TPU main site (which sees alot more traffic than the forums) giveaways, so the rules will be different.

Congrats to Josiah.. wherever you are bud! :)

I see from where this is coming, however I think this should be open for all the readers.
I myself only recently joined the forums, however I have this site in a nice "HW News" bookmark folder since many many years ago, and I read it almost daily, and most of the time I was reading also the comments even if I was not a member, because I wanted to see how people feel about certain stuff, to understand whether they think its good or bad or maybe there is something better around.

Also ... Congrats to Josiah !

You guys have to remember that us active posters are in actuality the minority of this sites userbase.

who is josiah?

who is josiah?

The winner.

Seriously, they only announce the first name on these because they are on the main site, where everybody signs up by name and e-mail address.

Congrats to the winner!
