To view this case mod, go here.

Specs:
Intel E6600 @ 3.2ghz, Zalman 9700 CPU cooler, Gigabyte P965 DS3 mobo, 2 X 1gig G.Skill DDR2 800 sticks, eGeForce 8800gts 640mb, Seagate 7200.10 250gig SATA, OCZ GameXtreme 700w PSU, Windows Vista Home Premium rearranged Apevia X-discovery case.

Mods:
Not much, just flopped the window to make room for the 8800gts, fan was in the way. UV light.. Zalman CPU cooler...

Came from an AMD system, very impressed so far. These are older pics, have 2 Silverstone case fans on the way, one 80mm, and one 120mm.. Last build was 2 years ago, AMD FX-55, X1950Pro, 2 X 1gig DDR400, WD 160gig PATA, Asus A8R MX/DP mobo....still turns and burns as my backup XP system for when Vista pisses me off.

It's a lot like the system I would buy now if I had the money. I am wondering why you chose that ram. I say that because I know some G-Skill chips are D9's which are good, but I thought it came on the ram with the black heatspreaders.

eh, this is the cheap stuff, 5-5-5-15 2T timings (horrible i know), money wasnt there to buy the OCZ plat rev2 ram with 4-4-4-12 timings, that is also in the works.... this ram oc's okay i guess, but for now it plays all my games (LOTRO, Flight Sim X, Sup. Commander) pretty well.

Really nice setup, Isnt that Zalman the nForce edition for AMD? Did you mod it to fit in 775?
6/10 for me, I dont like the looks of that Gigabyte mobo, it looks kinda cheap and colors arent the right ones for an enthusiast plataform

The 9700 version is actually available for 775, keeps my temps with OC to 3.2ghz at like 21*C-24*C idle, and 34*C under load.....

CS: 1.6 voice: "Faulty Temp monitor spotted".

Stop dissing people's colour scheme on something thats expensive to swap out
