Identifying laptop LCD screen model number.

I'm trying to identify the model number of the LCD screen for my HP 6730b laptop for a project I'm undertaking.
The only sticker I can find on the screen is wrapped around one of the cables and has the following info:

CT:CAEVA017CW5LMU
SPS:487122-001 Rev:F.00
LCM-15.4WXGA
CT: PAGZB012JW4BYM

A quick look on eBay shows vendors citing the SPS #4871 ......
I've found as long as the numbers match it is a perfect replacement.

Your screen is identical to several other CCFL-backlit screens. Check out LG LP154WX4 and Chi Mei N154I3. Those are the two most common screens, found in older ASUS and Acer laptops.
Specs and connector layout is identical.

Thanks to both of you for your help. The back of my screen has a large sheet of foil covering it so I decided to peel it off and low and behold the stickers were behind it. Model number confirmed as LP154WX4.
