Opening Devices and Printers in Control panel takes a while

hi,
It takes like 30s on my win 10. Disk activity led is blinking seriously during this, but what it is scanning ?
Googling that, it seems to be an old problem. Everyone says it's due to something but ...
I already cleaned up some stuff in device manager with no effect. Some people says it's due to realtek drivers (sound) but I don't want to disable it.

Any clue ?

My laptop does the same it takes a wile to populate. It is a windows 10 issue as I did not have this issue on win 8. I do not have a solution just wanted to post to let you know that you are not alone with this issue.

have had the same problem for ages, along with edge hanging,not going back and generally being annouying to be honest windows 10 feels abit beta to what we usually would expect from Microsoft even the big update didn't seem to do much. I think a lot of windows 10 issues are because bills not around again.
