Yeah I was hoping to see more than they showed of Andromeda, but it still ties with BF 1 for best content of E3 so far IMO.
I seem to recall saying I thought they wouldn't show anything too comprehensive of Andromedia until fall though, so I'm not surprised.
Like I said before, Frostbite is quite a bit more complex for Bioware to work with than UE. We've seen other devs struggle with it. Maybe they're just making sure they get it looking good and polished before they show anything significant.
A lot of games made with Frostbite don't end up looking as good in game as the trailers though, so we'll have to wait and see on that.
EA has Star Wars VR game in the works but didn't show it and they probably have other studios working on VR projects.
the entire event was a padded out waste of time.
The main thing that struck me as odd is Jade Raymond said she was going to EA to work on a new IP, and all she did at the show was talk in vague terms about Star Wars stuff. It's as if she isn't directly involved with any one title, but rather a senior producer of SW content in general.
Wikipedia has her listed as lead in Visceral's upcoming SW game, but it's yet to be even given a title.
