I don't think this is a dumb question at all. I've personally been wondering if I'd enjoy Skyrim because I've played Witcher 2! The open world type of games are actually new to me...I'm used to the more linear FPS type shooters. So...essentially, I'm hoping to be able to reload my wallet and pick up some type of Skyrim version before the end of the sale.

I'd like to also give Dishonored a go....before the second version comes out. I haven't had the chance to play the first one yet. Price is cheap enough.

Dishonored is a game I'd definitely recommend. There's variety in the gameplay where you can choose how to go about as the story progresses, and I enjoyed it more as the challenge increased while trying to be stealthy. Very cool game!

Yes! I have it on GOG. You are stranded on another planet, as one of the few remaining humans left in the universe. It is a complete survival game, including not getting too hot, too cold, too wet, or too hungry. Sleep is required, as is scavenging from your wreck as well as what the planet offers.

If you like to micromanage survival games, then yes, it's worth it! Definately if it's on sale.

@Easy Rhino IDK if liking Skyrim is a prerequisite for liking TW3 or not. But: Skyrim is my favorite game on Steam, and TW3 is literally my favorite game of all time. I think it is an excellent example of a great RPG.

@Liquid Cool Dishonored is one of the most perfect examples of doing a game right. I always throw it up in the HL2 conversation of a model for other studios who want to make a great game that is fun!

I loved Skyrim. Witcher 3 is the better game IMO. Yes you will like it.

Well I've been waiting for GTA V to drop since it came out more than a year ago (14 Apr, 2015), but this time I could not resist.
I bought GTA V and Rocket league (Ever since that free weekend of rocket league I waited for the right time to get it).

If I'm honest, I've already bought all the games I was really interested in. The rest was bought along the way during regular year. Like Doom for example. I heard about its release like week or two ahead and I just decided I need some carnage in my life. So I bought it from CD-KEYS for a bit cheaper than full Steam price. No regrets. Same for NFS 2016. I rarely go with huge discounts on good indie games, like "Block'hood" which I bought totally impulsive because it was so cute.

Maybe I'll grab something if I find it interesting but I doubt it. 2 sales have gone past so far where I haven't bought anything, maybe 1 game and that was it. Like i said, playing games I've already bought ages ago and never played. I'm also the kind of gamer who loves to replay old games even though I've played and finished them already.

Yea, I've held off on buying Doom, but downloaded the demo during E3 and it seems really good. I'll probably pick it up on this sale. I use CJS cd keys a lot as well.
