For those with latency issues with your GTX 10XX series cards, use this driver.

I had latency issues (though not nearly as bad as some) and this driver fixes it right up!

Sweet!

Edit: Or not, it didn't change at all for me. Still bouncing from 1100 to 1500 constantly.

Hmmm. You're the first I've heard from that this didn't fix the issue (at least a little bit). If you want, try disabling whatever sound devices you're using and see if the issue persists.
