I have a question.

Will be a Black Ice GTS 240 radiator enough to cool a 6700K + an Evga 1080 Graphic card?

No. for 6700K alone or 1080 alone it will be enough.
For 6700K team up with 1080 you should pick up additional 240 or 360 radiator.
Mine is GTX 240 + GTS 360 with 1850rpm Gentle Typhoon fans and temp is stay cool.

How many watts does the Radeon R9 295X2 use? How big is its radiator?

If it's a slim radiator, it won't be enough. My slim 360 wasn't really enough for a 5820k and a 1080.

I will buy a 480 plus a 240.
480 outside the case and 240 inside
